Shipping and Handling
All orders will be processed Same Day if ordered by 3:00pm (EST).
All items purchased after 3:00pm (EST) will be processed the next business day.
All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and will be delivered to you within 7-10 business days from the processed date. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect shipping information, your order processing may be delayed and additional 3-5 business days.

About Face Cosmetics wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your package, please check to ensure the items you have requested match your order details.
We are pleased to accommodate EXCHANGES ONLY within 14 business days of receiving your products.
We will consider exchanges on items that have been unopened and are unused. Any product that has been opened, worn or tampered with CANNOT be exchanged.
Returned packages must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and the RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number provided by our customer service department.
Return Shipping and Handling costs will be at the expense of the customer.
For any exchange to be processed, you must first contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org. Exchanges cannot be made if our customer service department is not contacted.
